Hello, How Can I allow to spawn a PlayX Repeater for non-admins players? Because so many people asking me why they can't spawn a PlayX Repeater.

Help & Support is manly for Garry's Mod itself, not third-party addons.
However, try taking a look at the entities shared lua file.
