I recently set up a server with HLDSUpdateTool/SRCDS for TTT, which functions properly, but when we play weapons will [url=http://i.imgur.com/7NKn3.jpg]float in the air[/url] as I get [url=http://i.imgur.com/Q0u87.png]this message[/url] in the cmd window. The only mod installed is Evolve admin mod.
Do you have CS:S installed? Not having it installed will likely cause this problem.
If not, here's the command:

Hmm, I thought I did, I'll check to see if it installed correctly.
