I'll try to be descriptive here.
As you connect to some server and download some files, some servers may have their own background image for that server. I'm not literally talking about the MOTD that may appear as you have joined the game after downloads, but the background image before that.
I cannot find much of documentation on this one. I only found one thread here on Facepunch about a TF2 server and the original poster was pointed to link to an image in motd.txt. So, how could I set the background image for my dedicated server?
EDIT: I'm talking about this of course:

EDIT2: Found it, sv_loadingurl.
You put the "sv_loadingurl" in the startup command, like this:
+sv_loadingurl "YOURSITE.com/loadingurl"
Remember, http:// or http://www. wont work. You have to put it like this: google.com/loadingurl
And btw, the dimensions of the loadingurl should be around 700x700. Otherwise it will be too big for those who uses low resolution.
If you need help setting up the HTML code for it, write a reply to this post and I'll do it for you.

Hey man, could I take you up on that offer? and is it possible to have sounds and custom sentences (e.g. "Re-killing Alyx")? thanks
