Unable to join hl2rp city/outlands Catalyst-gaming server(s) (server isn't responding)

As you can in this picture this specific server does not/refuse to join these specific servers, I have joined these servers most of my time and very active on these servers. These servers were working fine on Friday 3/30/12, but has stopped working on sunday. With other servers, it is working well and has no issues with them.

On the website of the server box it says it's online and there is multiple people on it, what should I do?

You can connect to it yourself, and I'll promise you it'll work for you.
You should start Garry's Mod with the -console launch parameter. If you have that parameter set up in Steam, a console will be loaded when the menu is presented to you. Enter connect ip into this console, where ip is the IP of the server you want to connect to.
But before you try that, try pinging the server from your desktop. Open up a command-line (if you are using Windows, press the Windows button and R, type cmd into the box and press ENTER) and run the command ping ip where ip is the IP of the server.
Check their blog/forums to see if any downtime was scheduled, otherwise ask on their forums, as we cannot fix this here.
First do what Whisperity said. Then after gmod is open, open the game info window you have a screenie of. Leave it open and go back to the gameserver list and click each tab (multiplayer, favorites, history, friends, etc etc) and click "stop refresh". you may need to go down the tabs twice and click stop refresh twice. After thats done, go back to the game info box you left open and click refresh on that, it should load and bring you into the server. If that doesn't work, look into clientside debugging tactics like changing your IP if on a dynamic router, and looking into other issues that might bar your connection (firewall, ports, etc)

Ah... did what you all said, but it did not work, it might be that my IP needs to be changed, centurylink gave me a new router and said it were to be installed at 4/12/12, it might be that.
