Hi. I have this question which has been bugging me for a long time now. Does Garry charge for Garry's Mod updates? Like if I have bought Garry's Mod 11 (or maybe it's 12) and want to upgrade to 13 when it's publically released, will I have to "re-buy" the game or will it come as a free download for pre-Garry's Mod users?

Yes, one thing to note here is that keys disappear quickly once Garry releases them. A good idea is to watch his twitter, he usually posts when he releases new keys.
