Hello, I didn't played gmod for at least 1 month and now i'm back but i'm haveing sound problems.

Something is really screwed up, have you got half life 2 installed and stuff? You might want to verify game cache of Garry's Mod
Half-Life 2 doesn't matter with GMod. Just verify.
