I have a problem with spawning Light Bulbs in Garry's Mod, they don't emit the desired light amount unless you spawn lots, then one of them will work.
If I could get help, that would be much obliged.
Your graphic card drivers might be outdated. Keeping your driving card updates up-to-date is necessary to get the latest bugfixes and performance updates. You could also try running the latest windows updates.

Other than that, might be because of a third-party-addon.

Well, if I remember correctly on our first computer we ran I had that bug as well. Not sure if I ever fixed it.
What DXlevel are you running your Garry's Mod with? Older DXlevels seem to fuck up such stuff.
