So I have a DarkRP server running with FAdmin. I can't seem to find an answer for this question anywhere. Can I set someone's rank while they are offline (setting to admin) and if so how? If I can't is it possible with any other admin mods I could use?

Im looking for if there is an option to set a users group with their steamID so they don't need to be online. I know it is possible with ULX but using Fadmin and ULX doesnt work great and Just ULX makes things like noclip inconvenient. Any help?
I just want to know if it is possible or not. If you have a solution to the issue that would be an added bonus.
