Could you post a link to your Steam profile (and write HI FP somewhere on it so we can be sure it's you) because people without GMod on Steam won't be able to log in.

it all started when i changed my email and password cuz i thaught i was getting hacked

I have noticed this with the Steam and Garrysmod.org interaction. I will often enter the same info several times in a row before it logs in. Same info but doesn't take until the fourth time or so.
nevermind i found the issue it was that my routers information was set so it couldn't accept cookies

How can you use the Internet these days without coockies? ;)
