If I spawn a prop in by holding "Q" It says the prop is owned by "OgE Ghost" Like it should -- [url]http://gyazo.com/406a07edb135842a444828813e5c5183[/url]
If I spawn a prop in by using the tool gun it will say the prop is owned by "Blocked" Like so -- [url]http://gyazo.com/670a121315ddb90c57788b9afad6a037[/url]

Mine spawns as my prop. Try disabling "The blocked list is a whitelist"...sounds odd, I know, but I don't have that un-checked and mine works.
Also, what prop protection do you have? Can you copy over the CFG, if any?
