When I try and join my server, it gets stuck on "Workshop Complete" and doesn't move on from there, any ideas of how to fix this?
Second, is my console keeps spamming:

I've searched ALL off my Addons, and all my Data files, and cfg files.

Things I've tried for the stuck on Workshop Complete are:
-Reinstall all addons.
-Reinstall GMOD.
-Verify Integrity of game cache

I've fixed the Workshop Complete, I went down from 102 addons to 30 and deleted map graphs.
Your second problem is caused by an addon trying to unban a certain user, I think.
