I get this error ALL THE TIME it doesnt matter what i have in addons it will always crash

Does anyone know why its doing this and how to fix it?
Could we have a valid link to your steam profile so we know you aren't using a pirated version?

I cant get that feature to work but i do have gmod

It's a known problem. When choosing the map you want to play, press it once, then press "start multiplayer". Then you won't get the error messages and the only difference is that your annoying littlebrother can join.
You should try force SP server to start with default settings by typing "map gm_construct". If that will still give you a disconnect message, then you should try checking your console for errors that are crashing your server. They are usually at the very bottom.
The obvious guess is that the addons or custom files that you could have installed previously into garrysmod folder are causing this problem. You could always try temporarily cut it out and see if GMOD will start working properly without it.
And of course as [B]Jackpody[/B] said, you could try load a MP server. If it won't crash, you can always add a password(sv_password "12345") to avoid unwanted guests.

a few days ago CAP (gmod addon) updated and now i dont disconnect
