my garry's mod has been having this issue ever since i started using an addon that uses lots of .ogg files as audio. most of the sounds can be played, but sometimes i can't hear them at all. each time i play a 'broken' sound, i just get the error from the title in my console. the sample rate is either 32000, 24000, or 48000 in the error. i've triple checked some of these .ogg files in audacity and their sample rates are the required 44100. i'm running a windows 8.1 64-bit computer. i'm one of the only very few users of this addon to get this random error. i've looked everywhere for a solution and i can't find one anywhere. most of the people that actually have this error don't get any solution at all. any help out there?
