Excessive sizelevel causing server screen freeze / crash on linux

Hello.
I seem to experience some recent server crashes where the screen running the srcds process (linux, Ubuntu 14.04).
The latest freeze of srcds showing this in console:

I haven't really experienced this before so if anyone know anything regarding this issue, it'd be great if you could share.

Just some shots in the dark here but could it relate to that sound being out of what I assume is the map's boundaries? What map are you on?

You could also do that terrible process of removing one addon at a time if you think an addon is causing it. Searching the VDC and SourceSDK github for sizelevel came up with nothing.

I think a large amount of entities colliding causes this, from what I've read before, but I'm not entirely sure.
