What happened: Garry's Mod crashed with "too many indices for index buffer. . tell a programmer (38238>32768)"

This has happened twice now to me.
I just added TDM cars to my server and every once in a while people get this error which crashes there garrysmod,

Bump its happening to every one on my server at one time now.

What map were you playing on when this happened?

I get this issue all the time too; it is not preventable except by removing the addon completely. It's caused most of the time when someone causes a decal (blood, bullet holes) to be applied on an incorrectly made model,or in an area with a very high poly count. The same thing happens with other addons too.

TDM cars is famous for weird table errors.
There's really not much you can do,
Try and redownload the addon, a
Or switch to another.
