Hello there!
Recently I downloaded some maps and installed them like I always do...
When I decided to test this maps, this shit happened:

Does anyone know what's going on here? I don't know if its a texture error or something like that...I'm not willing to re-install gmod AGAIN!
Please help me guys!
Thank you very much
Could you show us the files in which you downloaded before this happened? And if you had joined some server or something before you downloaded that?
Sure.
I've downloaded this file: http://www.mediafire.com/?jgj6iuxwgxbrn2m (map rp_disorientation)
and this two: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/25545199/gm_DDDustbowl2/gm_DDDustbowl2.zip; http://dl.dropbox.com/u/25545199/gm_DDDustbowl2Night/gm_DDDustbowl2Night.rar (map gm_dustbowl day and night)
I didn't join any server, I play always offline...
I don't know what happened...this...error...never happened before
thanks for the assist
Alright Im going to look into the texture files considering you didn't get these off gmod.org and therefore meaning they could be tampered with.
Well shit I cant decompile them to view them in source now because my computer is being an ass :suicide:
Well if thats the case then just move all of them to your desktop and put each one in their and load each one everytime you start gmod. Shouldn't be too hard since it's only three maps. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but y'know technology isn't perfect (especially mine)
Thanks man, for real...I've already re-installed GMOD 3 or 4 times...I'm tired of doing that over and over again...

I'll try that. Thank you very much.

I solved the problem! The thing was that in the file was included a folder that was named "xuras" and it contained the texture file to "block" the screen to put the F@$%$# ADVERTISEMENT!
Again, thanks for the assist comrade!
Seems like a pretty dick thing to do with a map.
