I am working on a Gmod masterpiece, but I keep tuning in to a problem where the exposure changes slightly each time I stop motion.
Do you have any advice to sort or at least reduce this problem?

You have to shut down one of the following graphic options: HDR, Shaders, Shadows... I not quite remember which one exactly.
