FastDL downloads but then doesnt work for players?

Hey!
I am trying to get TDM cars to work with FastDL but keep failing. I have used a recauses.lua file gen to generate a script to download all the files for TDM cars which works fine because when somone joins they download everything but then when I spawn a tdm car nothing shows up but an error. So yeah. Downloads but then its as if nothing was downloaded at all.
Any ideas?
