I started up my PC yesterday (3/20/2014) to play Gmod. But before that, I downloaded some stuff from the Workshop first. The stuff that I tried to download was supposed to be 70Mb+. Then seconds later it turned to 15Mb. I thought it just had an error picking which addon to download. Then after it finished, I started up Gmod. I noticed that there was no hang (because usually when I start up Gmod, it hangs for maybe less than 10 seconds. Maybe to see what addons I'm subcribed to in the Workshop). It also didn't display anything saying about the addon I downloaded was put in it's folder. So when I started walking around in gm_construct, I noticed my hud was the default one. And almost all the sweps are gone. So I checked whether they were just disabled but I saw that half of the addons I downloaded are gone. I opened the Web Browser and checked it in the Workshop page instead. It said that I was still subscribed all of em. So I also checked the game's addon folder. All of them were still there too. So I tried downloading another addon (maybe 0.001MB so it'll be fast). It finished in a second and I opened Gmod again to check if it's ok. It wasn't. Half of the addons were still gone. The new one that I downloaded appeared though. So I gave up and played CS:GO. Hours later, I came back to Gmod, I saw that the addon I recently downloaded was also gone. So I tried downloading more addons that have bigger file sizes and the same still happens (You see it. Then after you close the game, you won't anymore). So is Steam lagging or anything? If you have any solution to this problem (anything but deleting the addon files), post it here. Thanks
Edit (Minutes later): I forgot to tell. The addons still work in offline mode
