As you can see, I'm missing some props. Well, every assault prop. Also I have some broken burning particles, missing explodes etc. Any solution for this twisted mounting?

Try mounting and unmounting CS:S. Then restart Gmod.
Also, you might need to Validate Game File Integrity.
Unmount CS:GO if it is mounted.

Steam does that every time when I want to launch GMod.
Also, when gmod starts up, it shows me DoD:S background for a moment, then usual loading screen.
You might want to reinstall.
Your game seems mucked.
