I've been getting this stupid message

Where [X] is a different number for every different map.

as_streetwar

Things I have tried

Delete the maps
Verify Cache
Redownload Garry's Mod
Delete everything Garry's Mod related

Please help me, Gmod hasn't been this stupid before. I played some RP and there were missing reflection textures on walls and windows. Also I have HL2 and CSS and I have missing sounds sometimes when I spectate people in gamemodes other than TTT

My friend sometimes gets this when we're playing HL2 maps, and during a changelevel. I'm not sure what causes it (by the sound of it, models probably), but I'm not entirely sure.
