I would like to limit:
Dupes
Saves
Rope
Other things:
Making it so users cannot nocollide their cars
Making it so users can only pick up their own cars

Use fpp
I managed to limit rope but I'm still not sure about the things about the cars and the dupes and saves :/
You go to fpp's tool section and restrict tools to a certain team(job) or group(rank).
