Everytime I join a Multiplayer server, it will get to "Retriveing Server Info", I get the rainbow pinwheel, and then the server crashes.
The thing is, I have tried as many things as possible to fix this, and nothing will.
I'm even more annoyed, because this SAME EXACT BUG was from at least 1 year ago.
Also, my research brought up that it seems that even PC players were having the issue.
So, I am curious about if there is any known fix OTHER then going to Windows.

Yea, Team Garry honestly doesn't give a fuck about Mac. It's stupid, because by the looks of it all it seems they did is run the goddamn thing through Cider, then left it at that.
Having had the same problem, even though you are unwilling to use windows, Gmod's only stable release is on that platform. There are a few problems windows has that Mac doesn't, but since Mac's version of Gmod is utterly crippled in multiplayer I guess I had no choice...
