Can't Spawn Anything

I recently tried to play Gmod only to learn I can't spawn anything. After I click on the item in the spawnlist, it doesn't appear. This happens with all items. They don't show up in my Undo list either, so they're not spawning and disappearing. Any idea how to solve this?

EDIT: After toying around a bit, I can only spawn HL2 models. TF2 and CS:S models are still a no-go.

Try validating those two games.

I guess Validating Files would be the best thing for now.
The games that have problems spawning items, Those need validating.

I will try to see if validating them helps the situation. Thanks for getting back to me.

EDIT: It was fixed by validating TF2. Thank you.
