Since a couple of updates ago, random models on maps didn't spawn. They still have collision and make the sounds of the object that would be there, but it is invisible. I verified cache, reinstalled, and removed all my addons, so I really don't know what could be the problem.
My best guess is that it has to do with mounted games, but every game I have mounted is installed and has been ran at least once, so there should be no problem pulling assets from those games.
It appears that the missing models are from L4D and CSS.
There are sometimes invisible stuff on my maps, too. But really rare.
Sometimes you see them and sometimes you do not see them, usually
restart helps.
