On my server, i get some of these wierd ppl who join and have a messed up playermodel. I have encountered people who have been able to glitch a models neck and have a long neck like a giraffe. Some people can also make the default gmod skin shine a very bright light which can blind the screen with a strong white light. Recently another player had become a model that this server does not even have and was some what an invisible jetpack. How is this happening. No errors have showed up in the code, and this is no way natural as people on my server have also asked how they are doing it.

Well, the neck thing sounds like they are modifying the bones, u can do that by holding C. But the other things I have no idea about.
can't modify bones on my server with C. It's a murder server, and i've seen only a few players do this (around 3-5)
Does your server have PAC3 installed?

If you're willing, remove it and see if that fixes your issue.
