TTT Addons don't seem to be working (no errors)

Hello guys, I've started up a TTT server after literally a year of it being down, and it's been great, it's been full with 22 slots for the past couple of hours.
However, i've been trying to install some of Tommy228's trusty addons but they just don't seem to work.

I extracted both into my addons and they just won't do a thing, no F8/F7 menu will pop up, no matter how I set them up.

Any help would be appreciated, i'm completely lost as to what I should be doing.
(i've hosted DarkRP and TTT servers in the past, this is the first time i'm having this newbie issue)

I unzip the files and drag the master folder into addons, I have no idea what's wrong mate :/

What OS are you on? What's the name of the folders?

I have no idea as to what OS i'm using, however, I'm hosting with Serenity Servers, and the directory is Server/Garrysmod/Addons/FILES GO HERE
I've installed the Awarn2 system and it worked perfectly, but the two I mentioned did not.

I meant the physical folder names. Also, do these in your server console and tell me the results:

lua_run print(system.IsWindows())
lua_run print(system.IsLinux())

EDIT: will attempt to rename the folder to tttspectatordm & tttdamagelogs and report back with results
