Garry's Mod server connection problem (my own server)...

Hello!
My Garry's mod server accepts all connections from the internet, but after I connect to it from LAN, it does not accept them anymore. I usually have to shut the server down to fix that... Although at one point changing the map fixed it, but not now.

Is there a way to stop it from declining the connections from internet after connecting from LAN?
