DarkRP Refusing to work

[That British.]

I've installed DarkRP on to my server a few days ago (Clean intall straight from the Github repository). However, whenever I join the server it creates this string of errors

Support from FPjte Hasn't been of much help either, I've got no clue what is causing this error

Before you ask:
I have got CS:S installed onto the server
The gamemode is installed correctly under the correct directory

I'll try reinstalling it with no addons present (or atleast without ulx installed)
