You can't have the folder called fastdl. It should be "anything" -> "garrysmod" -> the maps, materials, models and resource folder. (from what I know, I've always thought it's in this way so I haven't tested in another way, but Im pretty sure that you need to have it like that)
Also remove: resource.AddSingleFile( "[B]fastdl[/B]/models/mark2580/borderlands_ps/jack_bl_ps.mdl" )
the fastdl I know for sure that you can't do it like that. You can try doing this before you try the thing I said above.

You don't have any other files than maps in your fastdl...
You need to upload all your files to your fastdl, which would be this in your case: [url]http://gamma.power-host.org/fastdl-29357/[/url]
This is what it should look like: [url]http://ts.apexgaming.net/jailbreak/garrysmod/[/url]
Yes it look like this but i have same problem :/
After joining your server with failed downloads, post clientside console log ( all of it ).
Post the entire serverside console log as well after you start it and somebody connects.
