HUDPaint glitch. - Help - Facepunch Forum

Before you call me an idiot for using "hacks" The ESP was just an example of the problem. [img]http://puu.sh/2HVsn.jpg[/img] my HUDPaint randomly fucks up and causes text to shit out like this. The code is fine, but there's something wrong with my game or some shit. I just recently re-installed my game, so a re-install won't help. Another problem: My skybox fucks up in some maps, causing it to turn completely black. When I go on the other side of a map, it doesn't break players ESP text that is in the main part of the map, but when I go closer it breaks. This is a serious problem, all of my HUDPaint hooks are doing this.

Maybe if we saw the source to these hooks then we might be able to decipher what's going on. Could be a bunch of things, maybe you're suppressing the engine lighting and not un-suppressing after rendering a model, or rendering a viewport the size of your screen? We don't know.

It's not hacking, it's running a clientside script on a server that has sv_allowcslua set to 1.

FYI, that is not a hack, this is simple LUA, a hack would be detouring garry's mod functions in C++ to bypass sv_allowcslua and load your scripts, which you do not see in these pictures. Try and fiddle with settings for graphics by lowing quality and see if makes any difference.

I have the exact same problem. Constantly my skybox will turn black and things such as player names and text just completely detach. This seems to only be a problem on RP maps. No lua scripts here at all, but I can see why he used them as a demonstration other than just using words. Any idea on what this is?

Maybe you guys should post your specs in case this only occurs with a certain graphics card.

Just because a lua script can be considered cheating doesn't mean it's a hack. 2. This isn't the point of this thread, it's showing that this persons HUDPaint is broken and the ESP was used as an example. 3.
