I'm trying to play singleplayer but pressing "Q" goes to last weapon. It's like I'm playing Half-Life 2 rather than GMod. I've reinstalled and disabled addons, any suggestions?
EDIT: It also seems as if my textures are screwed. It's showing the wrong texture on the wrong surface.
check your binds
Make sure you're playing in sandbox mode?
As for the missing textures try unmounting your games, restarting Gmod then remounting them again.
Check your mount/load order. That's what causes the mismatching textures.

I am, for sure. I've also reset my binds.

It looks like my bind option has been fixed, however my texture problem still exists,
