How Do You Make A "Hire A Hitman" Button On DarkRP?

I came across a "Hire a Hitman" button on several servers on DarkRP, in which you have to pay a minimum of $250 to hire a hitman. So I was wondering how you can make that sort of button on a server I am hosting.
