Hello i run a garrys mod server using nfo servers vps/vds, and i have the server running well but randomly the server will freeze up and not let me do anything in the srcds console and it crashes the game the only way to fix the freeze is to restart the server, it has been happening for awhile now and have no idea how to fix.
Probably conflicting addons. You should rename your addons folder and see if it fixes itself, if it does, go and pick through your addons 1 by 1. If it doesn't, get NFO to clean your server

Yeah its most likely addons conflicting or too much. I'd advise deleting non essential addons and see where it goes from there!
