lua panic , not enough memory

Trying to join a specific server, after sending client info, it crashed and says lua panic, not enough memory

My comp isn't the problem bc I know I has more than enough ram (and other comp specs) and it just started happening to a ton of people on the server

Tried changing heap size

tried reinstalling

Tried deleting addons

Tried restarting my comp

Help?

It's a serverside issue; too much client shit being pushed at once.
