Toybox URL problem and Time Out Problem GM12

This is getting annoying.

When I try to play online it Times out every time I try to join a server or it says Could not parsing game files and gives me a troubleshooting link that does nothing.

I need help. I run Gmod 12 on a mac.

Toybox is being replaced with the Steam Workshop in Version 13.
Either play Version 13 or download stuff from garrysmod.org.

I have GMOD13 and the sounds are bugged so I'm not playing it til it's fixed.
