Manual and Auto do not work after the steam update

Also prop hunt randomly lets you use a flashlight after the stupid update

Saying that Prop Hunt now has flashlight without saying which Prop Hunt or providing any code does no use. Also, why would you want to restrict it on Prop Hunt?

I cannot remember which version of prop hunt but my prop hunt game mode folder is here:

Before the update just by default flash lights would not be used, wasn't anything custom I had done.

Looks like the update has stopped the cvar from changing from within a lua file? says it's a blocked command..
