Unknown Command +menu -menu garrys mod 13 cant open spawn menu! help please.

Ok, so one day I get on gmod and when I press Q my spawnmenu doesnt open. I checked in the console and everytime I press Q it says "Uknown command +menu, then Uknown command -menu. I tried disabling all of my addons and it still did not fix the problem. Please help! I'm rly not sure what the problem is.

Ok, I verified my cache, and now Garry's mod is giving me a lua error message and immediately kicks me off gmod. Idk what is wrong with it now.

Rename your garrysmod folder in steamapps to garrysmod_old, then reinstall GMOD.
