When I'm near the models this happens. When I'm far off, they're fine. Problem happened a while ago. For a long time I was unable to even spawn L4D props or ragdolls in, and after the update that let me do it (I think it was the major one just prior to 162), this happens.
SteamPipe issue? Or is there a fix I've overlooked?

Before anyone offers up the obvious advice:
I've restarted with the games unmounted, then remounted.
I've verified the cache of each game.
I've launched each game before running GMod again.
I noticed L4D props showed up on the Workshop so I decided to download those to see if they were any better but they have the same problem. However, I have another set of the L4D survivors reskinned and those work fine...
I don't know if this is related, but I also have an issue where if I go through the Garry's Mod directory to find the survivors in the spawn menu, one of the icons fails to load and crashes the game. I think that's with the L4D2 survivors (which suffer the same issues as these ones).
