So I'm running a TTT server right. Well suddenly a guy dies and the server crashes. I get this weird error in the server's console

I do not have portal files installed on my server, so i think this is what caused the crash, but I have no idea what it's trying to do or how I can fix this.
The server restarted before I could stop the server console and I got the following

I think these things are a part of the server starting up again but I'm not sure. The map the server was on was ttt_terrortrainb2.
So my question is, why is my server crashing and how do I fix this.

It's not just that map, and most servers get those Csound errors.
