My server has been crashing a lot lately, this is the error being returned on some of these events.
I've tried verifying the install, didn't seem to help.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you using the steam server tool?

This is hosted with nfoservers, I had them verify my installation just incase something had become corrupt, this was running the command: srcds -verify_all
Is this bad and if so, why?

Contact them. If you're having problems with your server they should help.
Also, any server host without a phone number is sketchy..
