There are no new pills that i know of that work, the "steam workshop" ones aren't actually "pill sweps" because according to parakeets? pill pack, it's basically a "form". You click the "pill" and it turns you into it. But on Stranded that won't work because the Q menu is different and also it's not a swep so it would halt the gameplay of them and the pill would render the rest of the gamemode for them.
So..Question is....How can i get a headcrab/zombie pill if the only one out is inside GMS, which is the bird pill? (On gmod.org there is a headcrab/zombie pill pack but it has a error code that pops up)
