[Pointshop] Issue with adding my own preview to an item

Hello, I'm currently trying to add my own preview to an item within the pointshop. I'm not to sure if this is possible but I'm using ITEM.Material to use my custom picture but the only issue is ITEM.Model as that's what the game will use for the hat.
So basically how would I use my own picture for a hat in my point shop.

I have almost the same problem. I had a hard time adding my custom player models, but they wouldn't load in correctly. Only one of them 'half-way' worked. :/

Aw you should be able to get your issue fixed tho, just annoys me that in the pointshop a perticular hats icon is really bad so I made a replacement and can't seem to get it to work.

Nope. It doesn't work. I hate pointshop :)
