MySQL modules won't load into SRCDS.

So, I've had this issue before with a DarkRP server and I just ended up reinstalling it to a new directory and it worked fine. Very weird issue.
This time it's happening to a TTT server, im adding MySQL for the custom admin/group loading/ban recording etc.

Anyway, the modules are simply not being installed into srcds.

It just makes no sense, I've tried the same modules I use on 10 different servers and I've tried the latest dll files from [URL]http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=933647[/URL]
Help me :(

Also:

It's not LUA based as the dll definitely is not loading, there are no accesses to it by the TTT exe.
