Spectator mode Broken in most Gamemodes

Hi guys.

I recently am having some problems with my server. I host a small server to play on with my friends. But every time we play things like Murder, Prophunt, Pedobear escape and shit the spectator mode is broken (Except for TTT). When you Die, you keep looking from your playermodel's perspective, wich is through the ground since you faceplanted the floor.

Does someone know how to resolve this problem?
