After the patch my server encountered some problems. The biggest one and rather game breaking one seems to be 75% of the time a player despawns on death. Any one else having this issue?

What do you mean by despawn?
Here's the IP 192.223.31.4:27015. Everyone spawns fine but ass soon as a player dies from his view the camera just snaps to a differnt spot on the map. and to everyone else his body is gone.
Hmm, did you recently install any new addons around the same time it started happening? Something could be conflicting
Another suggestion would be to check the server console to see if there's any script errors indicating the issue
noep it came after the gmod update. I was running the same set up of addons for 3 months it all worked fine till the update.
Using any custom weapons?
