Garry's Mod is making my computer very slow!

Hey there, my name is HadenMuse, a steam user and Garry's Mod player. I need some help with something. I do belive that Garry's Mod is making my computer very slow, and i need some help Deleting some files. Under the download file. I think that this is the problem of why my computer is becoming very slow, i try to play different Source games, but my computer drops randomly in FPS. Its from Garry's Mod downloading things when i enter a game, it has to download many files, and now i think i need to delete many of them. If you think you can help, please comment this post.

I'm thinking that i can go into my "downloads" Folder to delete items, but i would rather have confirmation first! Anyone? Because i need this soon!

I'm really sorry, but Garry's Mod is a virus. Basically, installing it slows your computer down, and makes it so you can't log out of Facepunch. That way Garry keeps us here forever, so next time someone considers buying Garry's Mod, they'll think "Oh, look at this really populated forum about this game! That mean's it [I]surely[/I] can't be a virus, due to the sheer amount of people playing it and actively talking about it!"
