Hey. Windows 7 here, and I've tried loading up Garry's Mod today, but it starts out windowed (no commands in the options parameters) and white-screened, saying "(Not Responding)". It stays like that for several minutes, and as far as I can tell, it's not going to start up. Note, I haven't pressed any buttons or touched the mouse after I click "launch", so I think something's messed up.
What I've tried to do to fix it:
-Verify Game Cache: nope
-Restarting PC: nope
-Changing launch parameters: nope
Any help?

Well shit. After some trial & error, found out that FRAPS was causing my Gmod to not startup.
