how to stop cheating or take evidence of cheaters on server?

so recently I been having few hackers on my server and they usually get banned but I would like to have form of evidence taken by my mods when they ban
so is there any good addon or something apart from the good old outside sources?
also does garrysmod support recording just like counter strike? with the rec command?

You have these options:
1) Use Lua to get a low-res screencap of players screen
2) Use Lua to scan for specific files ( Can be circumvented by cheats )
3) Your admins can record demos just like in any source game.
4) Fraps, etc.
