Mounting Half Life 2: Episode 2 Doesn't Work

For whatever reason mounting HL2:E2 isn't working at all. The textures in general are being annoying for several gamemodes. I have literally every game available to mount (not including most mods) and they all seem to be working fine. Any help is appreciated!!! <3?
